The first Test Kitchen of the year is here, and this season we’re on a mission to discover the dishes and styles of service that will become true Luna signatures.

Led by our new Head Chef Louis — a master of Asian cuisine with more than 20 years of experience — this year’s Test Kitchen is all about flavour, sharing, and creating unforgettable moments around the table. Chef Louis wants to know what you love most: the bold flavours, the comforting classics, or the unexpected creations that bring people together.
